How To Get A Smooth And Glowing Skin.

Exfoliation is the key to soft, glowing skin and you’ll need a good facial scrub to achieve great results. Here’s the good news: You don’t have to break the bank to get a good scrub, all you need to do is get into your kitchen and whip up a nice mix for your face.
Natural scrubs are great because they’re budget-friendly and because you know exactly what you’re putting on your face. Also, nature has some of the best beauty treatments in the world. Trust us on this one, you’ll be amazed at the results.
Sugar and coconut oil
This is one of the easiest and cheapest ways to get a spa-treatment at home. Sugar is not just yummy when you eat it, it also works wonders. Both brown sugar and white sugar work just fine. You can also use olive oil for this scrub if you don’t have coconut oil. Mix two spoonfuls of oil with 4 spoons of sugar and Voila! you have yourself a magic scrub for glowing skin.
Olive Oil and Coffee
This scrub works especially for those who want bright and smooth skin. The caffeine in the coffee tightens your skin and rejuvenates it to make you look younger and brighter. Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of ground coffee for this scrub. If you don’t have olive oil, you can use coconut oil or shea butter.
Lemon and sugar scrub
The lemon in this scrub works as an astringent to smoothen your skin and the sugar is gritty so it gives it the exfoliating effect. For this scrub you’ll need one lemon, one tablespoon of honey and two tablespoons of sugar.         Apply the mixture and leave on for 10-15 minutes. This treatment will leave your skin smooth and supple like a baby’s bum. Doesn’t that sound awesome?
