  There are a number of foods a lot of us hate to eat, perhaps due to the taste but some of such foods have surprising immense health benefits. We all love food almost as much as we love our family and we will all but prefer to eat those that are tasty and palatable. It can however be difficult to remain healthy with all the tasty foods that surround us, as very few have healthy benefits.
Some less than tasty foods however have a lot of health benefits but few of us eat them. Not to worry about making them palatable as you can add these foods to your meals and get immense vitamins that will make you strong and healthy.
Bread
Everybody loves carbohydrates since they provide us with bulk. But a lot of avoid bread because we have been told bread is the devil. The good thing though is a good whole wheat bread is packed with a bunch of overlooked nutrients.
Some of the benefits you can get from bread include protein, fiber, B vitamins, and antioxidants. If you’re thinking of eating bread next time, just reach for the whole wheat stuff and it’ll actually be good for you!
Butter
You’re probably screaming but wait a minute and hear us out. Butter is perhaps the greatest public all sins when it comes to healthy foods but you will be surprised that what we have known isn’t the case. Butter is rich in fat-soluble vitamins and fatty acids that offer good health benefits such as antioxidant properties and tissue repair. As such, don’t be too scared of some butter in your meal.
Avocados
A lot of people do not eat the avocado pear because they are of the opinion that it is a very fatty food. One thing you may however have missed about this wonderful fruit is the fact that the fat it holds is actually good fat that can help absorb the antioxidants that avocados contain. In addition, you will also get all the benefits the fruit offers!
Coffee
There is a chance that if you’re addicted to coffee, you will love the fact that it is on the list of foods that have healthy benefits. Coffee actually has the ability to increase your lifespan. Coffee on it’s own is extremely high in antioxidants. You should however not get too addicted and be doing too many cups because more than one cup a day might cause negative symptoms like increasing your heart rate which may cause anxiety.
Peanut Butter
Peanut butter has been battered a lot by health enthusiasts. The fact however is that peanut butter is actually a great source of protein and might actually help to decrease your risk of coronary heart disease. It however all depends on how you use it. A caveat though! Make sure it’s the natural stuff with no added sugar.

The malicious code, developed by the secretive Israeli company NSO Group, could be transmitted even if users did not answer their phones, and the calls often disappeared from call logs. WhatsApp is too early into its own investigations of the vulnerability to estimate how many phones were targeted using this method, a person familiar with the issue said.
